Low Impact Exercise
Classes involve walking, cardiovascular exercise, strengthening, balance and stretching exercises. All components of the class can be modified for all fitness levels and abilities. Group uses weights, resistance bands, poles and balls.
Forest – Forest Legion – Monday & Wednesday 1:30-2:30 pm.
Camlachie – Camlachie Community Centre- Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursday from 10-11 a.m.
Thedford – Thedford Legacy Centre – Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10-11 a.m.
Sarnia – Sarnia Evangelical Missionary Church– Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30 am-10:30 am
Living Hope Christian Reformed Church, 1281 Exmouth St – Mondays and Fridays 9:30 am-10:30 am Oct – May (no class on the last Friday of the month)
Mooretown – Mooretown Sports Complex, 1166 Emily St. – Wednesdays 9:30 am

Winter Track Walking from November – April
Bring your walking shoes! Meet once a week at the indoor track, located at The Shores Arena. All walking speeds welcome.
Trail Walking- Fall and Spring
5 local Trails in Lambton County. Once a week for 5 weeks we meet at a local trail to walk together.
Virtual Exercise
Participants join in with ZOOM to participate in a low impact workout using their own body weight and exercise bands. All exercises can be modified and participants are encouraged to go at their own pace.
Sit or Stand – Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 10:15 am – low impact exercise giving standing and/or seated options
Shibashi
Breath and movement, form of Tai Chi, currently offered virtual only, contact for class details.
Shibashi – Tuesday 11:15 am – breath & movement, form of Tai chi.
Combo class of sit or stand & shibashi – Friday 10:15 am (75 min class).
Sarnia – St. Luke’s United Church, 350 Indian Rd S – TBD.
