Anxiety 101: Practical strategies to manage your anxiety.
Mindful Eating : Learn how to practice mindful eating and become more in tune with your body’s natural hunger response. Attend our 4 week Mindful Eating session to learn the tools to manage emotional eating! We all struggle with eating when we aren’t physically hungry. This course will teach the reasons why we emotionally eat and what the next steps can be in breaking this cycle. This course applies the Mindfulness lens to eating, to help re-connect with food in a positive way.
