Multi-Sector Accountability Agreement

A Multi-Sector Accountability Agreement, or M-SAA, is a three-year service accountability agreement between a LHIN and a Health Service Provider.

It is a performance agreement that assigns a measure of responsibility to the health service provider, and sets out accountabilities and performance expectations.
