Who Are We?

The North Lambton Community Health Centre is an incorporated non-profit organization governed by a board of local citizens, funded by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care through the Erie-St. Clair Local Health Network to provide primary health care for individuals, families, and the communities we serve.

Our Board of Directors

The NLCHC and WLCHC are governed by a community based Board of Directors. Every fall, a number of Board members are elected by the members of the centres. People are welcome to join us for our Annual General Meeting to discuss how we can improve the health of our community.

Who do we serve?

Our priority populations include seniors, First Nations people, farming families and families with young children.

We provide some primary health care services for people who are not a registered client as our capacity permits. This includes those whose physicians have made arrangements for us to see their patients for a defined period of time and season residents and tourists on an episodic basis. People with more urgent medical situations are encouraged to call an ambulance and or to go directly to a hospital emergency department.
