Men In The Kitchen
A four week series for men focusing on teaching healthy cooking skills using low cost ingredients. The men gain hands on cooking experience and an increased knowledge of healthy food choices. This series is for men of all ages: single, married, divorced or widowed. All men looking to expand their cooking skills are welcome. This series is offered at the West Lambton Community Health Centre, 429 Exmouth St., Sarnia.
