Good Food Box
The Good Food box is a great way to eat healthy on a fixed income. The Good Food Box is a non-profit fresh fruits and vegetables bulk buying program. It is a way you can be sure your family eats a little healthier. Once a month you place your order for a box full of fresh, healthy, seasonal fruits and vegetables: $10 for a single box or $15 for a family box. Purchase the box by the first Friday of the month and pick it up on the third Thursday of the month. A County of Lambton program offered at the West Lambton Community Health Centre.
