Cooking On A Shoestring
Cooking on a Shoestring is a five week cooking series for people interested in learning to cook healthy on a limited budget. The program is held at the Inn of the Good Shepherd kitchen and includes hands on cooking and learning new recipes and nutrition tips. A grocery tour is included to learn about reading labels and understanding portion sizes.
