Cooking Buddies
A cooking class for children ages 6 – 11. The focus is on healthy snacks and meals for children. This County of Lambton Peer Nutrition supported program is offered twice monthly to introduce children to a variety of child friendly foods and provide an opportunity for children to try new foods. They learn about healthy nutrition and have an opportunity to develop food preparation skills. Registration takes place in September and the program runs from September through April. This program is presently offered in Brigden, Corunna and Pt. Lambton.
