Healthy Start Prenatal Classes
With sessions each fall, winter, and spring, our Healthy Start Prenatal Classes are designed to give expecting parents the tools they need to give their new baby the best start possible! This program consists of five sessions and topics, including prenatal nutrition, labour and delivery, postnatal care for mom and baby, as well as breastfeeding support. Every group is invited back for a "Prenatal Reunion" to compare notes and show off the "finished product".
