Meals! Monitor! Move-It!
The Diabetes Education Program is a service funded by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, through the North Lambton Community Health Centre, to provide education and support to assist in the prevention and management of Type 2 Diabetes. Our motto, “Meals! Monitor! Move-it!” is aimed at encouraging holistic diabetes care including: nutrition, self-monitoring skills, and exercise.
