ACT or Anger Management for Teens
ACT or Anger Control for Teens is an 8 week series for teens ages 13 – 17 interested in learning how to express their anger feelings appropriately. This series helps teens understand their anger feelings and learn skills to express them appropriately. This program is held after school at West Lambton Community Health Centre.
