North Lambton Community Health Centre

Earns Full Accreditation Status Again!

On April 8^th, 2009 North Lambton Community Health Centre received notification of full accreditation for 2008 - 2011 from the Community Organizational Health Inc. located in Toronto. This is our third successful accreditation and the (COHI ) Board congratulated the staff, board members, and volunteers of North Lambton CHC on it’s many accomplishments.

A team of reviewers from COHI spent many hours reviewing all of the documentation sent to them via an electronic database prior to their visit to North Lambton CHC in November for the on-site portion of the review.

The COHI Board and Review Team noted the dedication of this organization for its ability to not only complete all the Standards of Mandatory Practice and those required for Standards of Good Practice but the fact the Centre has developed and opened two additional sites in West Lambton (Sarnia) and Watford in less than three years is quite remarkable.

The North Lambton Community Health Centre now operations the North Lambton Site located in Forest, Kettle Point Site, West Lambton Site and Watford Site employing over 70 staff.
