Good Food Box -  Healthy fresh fruits and vegetables while living on a fixed income. Order your box at the beginning of the month and pick up the 3rd week of the month at the West Lambton Community Health Centre. Single box $10. And family box $15. Order by the first Friday and pick up on the third Thursday of each month.
Thursday Drop In— at Capel Manor – Social time and games, refreshments, and health information. Every Thursday afternoon from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m.  Facilitated by volunteers. For more information contact Marion Clouse.
Cooking Buddies – Cooking series for children. Held at the Brigden Fairground kitchen the last Monday of the month,  Sir John Moore School in Corunna and Sacred Heart Church in Pt. Lambton the last Thursday of the month from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. Facilitated by Chris Brown, Kathy Donohue and volunteers
Indoor Walking/Exercise program—Brigden Fairgrounds. Every Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. .Central United Church every Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Led by Volunteers.
Prenatal classes for Young Moms—An eight week series to learn about labour and delivery, relationships, nutrition, how to care for your baby and much more. Led by Community Health Services registered nurses. Held at the Centre.
Anger Management—A six week series for people who want to identify anger triggers, patterns, and interested in learning effective anger management skills. Facilitated by Glenn Ethridge and Marion Clouse. Every Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:30.
Meditation Series—Led by Pam chin, Mondays from 10:45 to 11:45. Learn to quiet a cluttered mind. Meditation has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety and slow or control pain of chronic diseases.
ACT—Anger Control for Teens. A seven week anger management series for Adolescents. Mondays from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Centre. Facilitated by Glenn Ethridge and Marion Clouse
Mental Illness workshop—A workshop focusing on supporting people living with mental health issues. Presented by Julie Acker, MSW, Canadian Mental Health Association.
Teen cooking—Every Wednesday afternoon. A partnership with Children’s Aid Society.
Parenting for Tweens to Teens—Led by Community Health Services staff at the Centre. An eight week series focusing on parenting skills such as communication and managing behaviour.
